About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team at National Louis University. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting students in identifying their education and career goals, guiding them through the enrollment process, and inspiring them to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the university with professionalism and integrity, managing a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle.
  • Effectively respond to student inquiries, concerns, and issues, and successfully qualify students for various academic programs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment objectives, maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding university offerings, programs, and services.
  • Accurately document and record continuous contact with prospective students and track information to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Work on special projects as assigned, and select roles may require visits to high schools, community colleges, and corporations.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong database management skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment and meet/exceed monthly goals.
  • Professional verbal and interpersonal skills, with a sincere desire to help others and achieve objectives.
