  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
  • Hold the restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality.
  • Review practices to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Interact with guests and the community, responding to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
  • Partner with the restaurant manager to analyze operational and financial performance.
  • Identify trends and suggest action plans for improvement.
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals.
