About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer Professional to join our team at Sanders Industries Holdings. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex mechanical components and systems for our products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level design and development of mechanical components and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop designs
  • Perform simulation testing and validation of final hardware components
  • Develop and integrate mechanical components using Computer-Aided-Design concepts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply analytical approach
  • Proficient with CAD and Solid Works modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of core engineering concepts (mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability coverage, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, basic and supplemental life insurance, employee assistance plan, retirement savings and matching, and other developmental opportunities.
