About the Job:

The Global Macro Flow team seeks an experienced Senior FX Sales Professional to provide proactive coverage to US, Canadian, and LatAm institutional clients for FX products such as forwards, spot, NDFs, FX Options, etc. Ideal candidates have existing relationships with banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, asset managers, pension funds, and hedge funds. You will develop positive relationships with internal constituents, including bankers, traders, legal, risk, colleagues in sales. Ensure that all documentation and regulatory items are in place before trading takes place, lead by example with regards to intensity of coverage and business ethics, and be cognizant of risks involved in transactions that are being contemplated and executed. This role requires strong mathematical and quantitative skills, knowledge of FX markets, systems, trading platforms, familiarity with all relevant products, fluency in English, and a strong preference for fluency in Spanish.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of four years worth of experience in Institutional FX Sales
A successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented approach, ability to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment, proactive and self-starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a track record of delivering results. With regard to compensation, the estimated salary for this position is between $190,000 and $220,000. Additionally, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
