Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members in, and conducting tours.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
