We are seeking a driven Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team at Fuze Logistics Services Inc. in the USA.
Job SummaryThis role involves developing relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities, and creating proposals tailored to clients' requirements.
- Prospect, engage, and close new accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Create proposals tailored to clients' requirements.
- Solicit services including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Ocean Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
Meet and surpass monthly goals and objectives while maintaining consistent communication with our clients' Operations/Customer Service Departments.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in logistics/freight sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
- Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
