Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive speech and language services to children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders in children.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in pediatric speech-language pathology to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida and ASHA certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
