Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior culinary role, including 3 years as a chef de cuisine or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pechanga Food Handler Certification.
  • Class A gaming license from the Pechanga Gaming Commission.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and systems.
