Job Summary:

This is a production-based position, requiring individuals to meet minimum production and quality requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently, loading and unloading customer trailers, and moving materials throughout the operation to support various unit's production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Engage in safety practices to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met. Conduct all activities and perform job duties following strict adherence to established safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
  • Quality: Improve and maintain quality expectations by accurately and efficiently sorting pallets based on manufacturer, quality, and grade.
  • Production: Meet or exceed production requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mission and Values: Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment and embody Rehrig Pacific's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with operating a pallet jack.
  • Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
