• Loading and unloading trailers with precision, ensuring goods are securely fastened to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintaining accurate records of materials and products handled, noting quantities, locations, and any discrepancies or damages.
• Inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for visible damage, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, participating in safety training, and performing routine maintenance checks on forklifts.

• At least one year of experience operating a forklift in a cross-dock environment, loading and unloading trailers.
• Forklift certification meeting OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
