Job Summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the loading and unloading of customer trailers, as well as managing inventory and supplies throughout the facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the storage and retrieval of materials, supplies, and finished goods to ensure efficient use of space and minimize waste.
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Coordinate daily warehouse operations to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Inspect pallets and products for damage, defects, or irregularities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Foster a positive team environment, engaging in regular communication and coaching to promote continuous improvement.
