Position Overview:
Public Safety Officer I - Armed
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, featuring a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. Flexibility is essential as you will also be required to work on alternating weekends and some holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and patrol the premises to maintain a secure environment.
2. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals.
3. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
4. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
5. Provide assistance and support to staff, patients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a valid firearm permit and have a strong commitment to public safety. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
