Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at EverStaff. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web-based applications using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, and PHP.
  • Implement user-centric, responsive, and visually captivating web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure seamless application functionality through structured testing methodologies.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifics, and implementation details.
  • Design and administer MS SQL databases, prioritizing data integrity and efficiency.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in Full-stack development, emphasizing scalable and maintainable architectures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
  • DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
  • Database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript, along with JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
