Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in North Olmsted, Ohio. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is committed to making a positive impact in the community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Document client progress and outcomes, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

• A current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
