Key Responsibilities- Follow up with all leads on a daily basis to ensure timely communication and conversion of rental inquiries into leases.
- Communicate effectively with landlords to understand their needs and preferences, and to negotiate leasing terms and conditions.
- Process paperwork in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless transactions.
- Present properties and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers to provide personalized service and recommendations.
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for real estate and customer service.
- Real Estate License required, with a strong understanding of local market conditions and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and clients.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and Real Estate software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to work on commission.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
