Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking products in the store, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked department, adhering to company safety and sanitation procedures and standards.
  • Assist with stocking items on the sales floor, cooler, and back room, ensuring that products are properly displayed and easily accessible to guests.
  • Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, as well as Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations, to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of prior retail or related experience preferred.
  • Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
  • Good customer service and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
