Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field.
- Experience with industrial maintenance software and equipment.

Working Conditions:
