Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure that all customer service standards are met
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed
  • Complete grocery orders and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
