Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Train and manage kitchen personnel, supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Culinary Excellence: Estimate food consumption, requisition or purchase food, select and develop recipes, and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Menu Planning: Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, plan and price menus, and ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Operations Management: Oversee special catering events, ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences and that our culinary offerings meet their expectations.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- Education: 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience, preferably in a culinary arts program.
- Certifications: Culinary degree preferred, and advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
