**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Court Construction Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee and perform installation and repair of sports surfaces and equipment both indoors and outdoors. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**
  • Install and repair sports surfaces and equipment, including application of coatings and sports surfaces both indoors and outdoors.
  • Construct outdoor game courts for tennis and pickleball, utilizing hand and power tools such as squeegees, measuring tape, power drills, floor grinders/sanders, and pressure washers.
  • Execute installation and delivery of sports-related projects, maintaining a safe and clean worksite.
  • Apply acrylic coatings for tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and install tennis and pickleball nets.
  • Paint game lines on tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and manage a team to maintain healthy leadership techniques.
  • Follow deadlines and keep schedules, and care and budget for tools for job duties.
**Requirements**
  • Possess professional and experienced managerial skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience with court resurfacing.
  • Experience leading a team, with proficiency in hand and power tools and equipment.
  • Power washing experience is a plus, as is experience in concrete forming, shot blasting, and sealcoating.
  • Must be willing to work outside, lift heavy equipment, and work long hours in the heat, with the ability to lift 100 lbs without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and be a dependable, flexible, and reliable team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to travel to off-site events as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test.
**Preferred Location**
We prefer candidates who reside in the Dallas, TX area.
