Job Summary

As a Pipefitter Foreman, you will oversee the assembly, installation, and repair of piping systems during construction, tenant finish-out, or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Your expertise will ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare material take-offs, layouts, and sketches from blueprints and specifications.
  • Participate in job planning, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Coach and mentor craft workers, scheduling and coordinating their activities.
  • Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Eliminate construction and job site hazards, performing required safety observations.
  • Coordinate material placement and storage, maintaining assigned tool inventory.
  • Verify delivered materials and equipment match approved submittals.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical training or an Associate's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman Pipefitter, with in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
