About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in San Bruno, CA. As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior-analytic skills to support individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs.

About You

We are looking for a state-certified BCBA with 3-5 years of experience working with children in special education. You should be able to conduct classroom observations with ease and have a passion for collaborating with team members in the educational environment. Your training and consulting skills should be exceptional, and you should be able to effectively support paraprofessionals in their development. You should be driven, self-motivated, and excel at managing your time, with a strong commitment to changing the lives of individuals in need of ABA therapy.
