Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic/Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserves Network. As a key member of our industrial and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns
  • Operate and maintain production machines and equipment
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
  • Record and report maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and practices
