Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Gold Standard Staffing. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on maintenance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with production teams and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
