Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Position

This is a contract position working full-time hours in Asheville, NC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their communication skills development, and enhancing their academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting.
