Job Overview

Carolina Therapeutics is a dynamic interdisciplinary practice providing comprehensive services to children in the greater Asheville area.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment plans for children.
  • Develop and implement effective occupational therapy interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.
  • Deliver therapy services in clinic-based and home-based settings, adapting to the unique needs and environments of each child.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric speech therapy principles and practices.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience or new graduates with a genuine interest in pediatric therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
