Psychiatric Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team at the State of California. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic level of general nursing and behavioral and psychiatric nursing care to patients under valid authorization by a provider's order and the delegation and clinical direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Support the care team for daily health care operations and communicate effectively with patients and other members of the health care team.
- Address the ongoing needs of patients, work with the members of the larger health care team, and promote the efficient, appropriate, and cost-effective use of health care resources.
- Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, BVNPT.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
