At Golden Steps ABA, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for our pediatric patients. You will work closely with our team of Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality care and support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians
• Conduct comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:
• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
