Job Title: Behavior Therapist

At Siskin Children's Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide direct 1:1 home-based therapy to children with autism or other developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral interventions based on client needs and current research
  • Provide feedback to parents and/or teachers under the direction of the supervising BCBA
  • Work in a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for patients

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school national equivalent
  • Maintain the RBT Certification set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification

What We Offer:

  • Full-time hourly rate of pay beginning at $28.00 per hour (premium billable rate)
  • 17 Days of Paid Time Off (including paid winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day)
