We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our team at Crothall Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
  • Ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly; documents late or absent employees.
  • Resolve internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Document call offs, and replaces for any shift.
  • Coordinate assigned staff breaks.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and reviews priorities.
  • Assign designated keys, radios, and beepers to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such assignments and ensure security of keys.
  • Check all equipment used by staff for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness, and mechanical problems. Instruct designated personnel to correct deficiencies.
  • Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met.
  • Assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Conduct staff training as assigned.
  • Contribute to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred. Hospital ER experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
