Compensation: $18-$21 per hour
This role is part-time, with scheduled hours on Monday and Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, totaling 16 hours per week. Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience and skills, with potential for additional hours if desired. Please note that this is not a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the upkeep and maintenance of apartment complexes, along with a foundational knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on residential buildings and units.
- Ensure all units are maintained for optimal functionality.
- Be available for on-call emergency repairs as required.
- Perform basic landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, including ordering and organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues promptly.
- Report any significant discrepancies or issues to the Regional Maintenance Manager.
- Complete all maintenance service requests efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Handle snow removal and salting of sidewalks as necessary.
Additional maintenance duties may be assigned as needed. This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on operational requirements.
