About the Role:
Augusta Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. This rewarding role involves evaluating patients of various ages and backgrounds, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing effective interventions to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote speech and language development.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech pathology.

Requirements:
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Virginia.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Membership in a national professional organization is required.
• Two years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to work one weekend per month.
