Job Overview

The Operator Manufacturing III is a key role in our production team, responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining assigned machines to ensure high-quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-operation activities on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup and operation
  • Operate and monitor equipment during operation, perform setup and changeover, and inspect parts to maintain quality specifications
  • Perform scheduled quality assurance tests in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate results with team members and support teams
  • Perform housekeeping activities and sanitations on production equipment
  • Operate equipment including Palletizing machines, Stretch Wrap machine, and Pallet Tag machine
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow safe work practices
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude for initial basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed
Work Environment

Noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment. Weekend work will be required, including some holidays as scheduled to support customer demand.
