Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a broad range of conditions, including neuromuscular diseases, stroke, amputation, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and motor vehicle accidents.
- Collaborate with the Rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Connecticut.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in rehabilitation in acute care and/or short-term care.
Preferred Qualifications
- CRRN certification.
