Overview of Trinity Health's Nurse Residency Program
As a leading healthcare provider, Trinity Health offers a 12-month Nurse Residency Program at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. This comprehensive program is designed for Registered Nurses with less than 1 year experience to expand their knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
The program focuses on practice-based learning, incorporating research-based evidence into practice, and providing clinical nursing leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to develop effective decision-making skills, administer care, and transition to competent practitioners.
- This structured learning experience includes a mixture of computer-based and classroom-based learning, as well as state-of-the-art simulation learning.
