Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements for each assigned project.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with IT Business Analysts to create and update project requirements.
  • Code Quality: Produce high-quality code that meets standards for each assigned task.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to understand and edit XML data, and solid time management skills.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
