Automotive Sales Professional

Carl Black Chevrolet of Nashville is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and technology
- Help guests to test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voice mails
- Follow up with all existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Requirements:
- A strong desire to succeed
- Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DMV screening with a clean driving record
