Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for water loss incidents
  • Create and upload Xactimate estimates
  • Coordinate with customers, in-house technicians, and insurance adjusters throughout the entire process

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis after hours to dispatch new losses
  • Proficient with Google Apps, particularly Sheets
  • Familiar with Google Drive
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Proficient with Xactimate a plus
  • Experience with industry-specific programs like Restore 365 and DASH a plus
