Job Duties

Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to discover potential property acquisition prospects.
Leverage real estate data, local market dynamics, and public records to generate leads for potential acquisitions.
Actively engage with property owners to build relationships and uncover investment possibilities.

Property Evaluation & Negotiation:
Organize and conduct on-site evaluations with property owners to assess opportunities and foster rapport.
Lead negotiations with owners, focusing on understanding their needs and proposing mutually advantageous purchase terms.
Collaborate with the Acquisitions Manager to structure agreements that align with both the property owner’s and company’s objectives.
Exhibit adaptability and creativity in negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Documentation & Reporting:
Input property data and condition assessments into internal systems for preliminary renovation estimates.
Draft offer documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Maintain precise records of property visits, negotiations, and deal progression.
Report daily KPI metrics as required, tracking personal performance and deal flow.
Effectively manage personal schedule to optimize productivity and property visits.
