Job Description

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI.
  • AI-Driven Marketing: Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency, personalize customer experiences, and predict market trends. Implement AI-driven strategies for audience segmentation, automated ad bidding, and content optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools, including AI-powered insights, to track KPIs and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights to guide strategy.
  • Campaign Optimization: Use data-driven insights and AI tools to continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, predictive analytics, and other advanced strategies.
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Partner with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials, including ad copies, landing pages, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 23 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign design and execution.
  • Expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Experience working within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) framework.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in marketing, such as automated bidding systems, AI-driven analytics, or machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, content creation, and copywriting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
