Building Enclosure Specialist III

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and providing expert consulting services for the built environment, including property condition evaluations, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigations, and repair design for existing structures, along with various facilities-related services.
Demonstrating accountability, organization, dependability, effective time management, and self-driven motivation.
Occasional execution of field and laboratory tests.
Collaborating with senior team members on diverse projects.
Drafting comprehensive reports and proposals.
Maintaining and enhancing a client relationship database.
Overseeing project budgets and preparing invoices.
Providing mentorship to junior staff members.
Advocating for a safe work environment and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (NCARB) accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field from an ABET accredited institution is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in building facilities consulting is required.
