Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist III to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a Training Specialist III, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the technical needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and determine technical training needs and develop plans to meet those needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the technical needs of our clients
  • Supervise and conduct special courses designed for training selected groups of organization employees
  • Track and analyze training programs to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide instruction and guidance to trainers and lead project teams

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ten (10) years of experience developing lesson plans and on-the-job training materials
  • Demonstrated experience providing formal training courses and classes for Information Technology (IT) Systems
  • Demonstrated experience providing on-the-job training
  • Demonstrated experience providing Periods of Instructions (PoIs) on existing or newly created systems
  • Possess a current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance

Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Candidate with prior active-duty military experience
  • Instructor Certification such as CTT, Military Instructor Certification, Formal School Instructors Course, etc.
  • Ten (10) years' experience supporting DoD or Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Programs
