We are looking for a Community Access Specialist to play a vital role in our organization. In this role, you will serve as a liaison for residents and visitors entering an expansive 1800-acre community featuring a golf course, dining facilities, a bar, a Welcome/Visitor Center, and various amenities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within one of San Marcos's premier gated communities, featuring a restaurant, gym, pools, and an 18-hole golf course.
  • Welcome guests at the entry gate, ensuring a comfortable working environment.
  • Facilitate visitor check-ins to the property.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide directions within the community.
  • Issue vehicle access passes to residents.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Capable of performing tasks that involve bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for long durations.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
