We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to join our team at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by providing clinical orientation and in-service training to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the performance and professional development of our nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Conduct unit-based assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Model behavior that exemplifies our organization's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing or clinical practice, with a focus on teaching and education.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support and Registered Nurse licensure in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee.
