Our healthcare professionals are integral to the healing journey of chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians, management, and staff to oversee the care of patients with infectious and/or immune-compromised conditions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive infection control strategy in accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), JCAHO, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Employee Health program.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • A Master's degree in a clinical specialty is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • A current State RN license is mandatory.
  • Certification in Infection Control or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in medical-surgical or critical care nursing is required.
  • Experience in Infection Control with a foundational understanding of epidemiology, infections, diseases, sterilization, sanitation, and disinfection practices is preferred.
  • Experience in managing employee health matters is advantageous.
