Kings Roofing seeks a skilled Construction Operations Manager to oversee office services, manage financial objectives, and provide historical reference.

  • Maintains office services by organizing operations, controlling accounts payable and receivable, and designing filing systems.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Prepares journal entries, reconciles bank statements, and prepares quarterly reports.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
  • Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Prepares budgets by establishing schedules, collecting and analyzing financial data, and recommending plans.
  • Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting/Business is preferred. Experience in construction/roofing a plus. Strong skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF. Excellent salary with full health benefits, 401k, and vacation. Salary dependent on experience.
