- Communication: Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, and by providing information to residents and staff as needed.
- Documentation: Manage documentation of resident care services, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams, including nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid NYS RN license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs.
- Availability: Must be available to work every other weekend.
