Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Altru Health System. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $216,320.00 - $235,040.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various medical procedures, conduct thorough preanesthetic assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and advanced practice registered nurse certification in anesthesia or a related field are required. A minimum of one year of related experience and a valid RN license in the state of North Dakota are also necessary. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Working Conditions:
This role requires continuous indoor work in a clinical setting, with occasional outdoor activities not applicable. Extreme temperatures are not a concern, and infrequent driving is expected. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling/finger/feel activities, with occasional squatting, twisting, and lifting (up to 20 pounds). Continuous sitting, seeing, and hearing are also essential functions of this position.
