This position is responsible for overseeing Team Members to ensure they fulfill their job duties and meet performance expectations across all areas of their roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality service; proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs; address situations and requests promptly and positively.
- Effectively monitor the restaurant's operations to foresee potential issues; take immediate action to rectify any problem areas.
- Consistently uphold and enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staffing levels and labor costs efficiently.
- Foster a welcoming environment for both Team Members and Guests.
- Provide effective training, guidance, and supervision to Team Members.
- Support initiatives aimed at maximizing sales and profits while minimizing controllable expenses.
- Plan, organize, and execute all operational routines and activities during shifts.
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious relationship with management and fellow Team Members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance that meets company standards at all times.
- Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment for everyone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments.
- Ability to work closely with others.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Experience working with various cleaning agents.
- Must be at least 18 years old or an emancipated minor with appropriate documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including both opening and closing shifts.
- Reliable transportation and communication method with the restaurant.
