Job Description

We seek a dedicated Director of Nursing committed to fostering a nurturing and caring environment for both our esteemed residents and nursing staff. In this pivotal role, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong management, planning, and budgeting skills while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Must possess a minimum of an RN degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience guiding nursing teams towards excellence.
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulation compliance requirements.
